Please allow me the opportunity to comment on one of your professionals, Tim Duvall. Several months ago I had asked Tim to keep an eye on the market and when it made sense for me to refinance would he please call me? In early June he called and told me the time was ripe. Since then we have processed all the paperwork, etc. and we close this Friday. This is not really surprising to me, however, looking back on some research I did before we locked in our loan.
